Toni was caught from the streets as part of a mass rescue. She is quite submissive but also clown-like. Now that Toni has attention, she is making the most of it and works for extra cuddles. She loves people! Despite the coronavirus shutdown, Tina and several dedicated volunteers managed to catch seven dogs in one day including Toni. More information to come.
