At the Solera home.
Giving Tina a little nudge.
Samson always looks to roommate Rodrino to see if it’s safe. It’s amazing how dogs learn from one another, we can always rely on confident dogs to help the nervous ones.

Gender: Male
UPDATE: We desperately need to find Samson a local home with someone that is knowledgeable in behavioural work using positive reinforcement methods. We are unable to get a harness on him. Living in a home environment Sansom will have a greater chance to succeed. The kennels are just not a place for him. These photos were at the retirement home where he did well to start accepting the lead but the issue is our tiles are so slippy that we find ourselves going backwards should he slip. Is there any local home out there for Samson? He will need a garden and other confident dogs to help him learn that a home is the very best place to be.
Samson is a galgo cross who was so scared stiff on the streets so María José HM went with the trap to get him for us. Initially in the kennels it seemed he had no idea what a blanket or bed was. He is starting to relax and pulls out the blanket and snuggles it as though it is the first thing he has owned. More information to come.
Yes, I want to sponsor or adopt Samson!
