Ronnie and volunteer Lauren.

2018 Christmas Advent Calendar. “Ronnie is a firm favourite at GDS, everyone loves him. He’s a huge galgo, one of the biggest we’ve ever had and is very gentle with people but sometimes struggles to socialise well with other dogs. He could live with a calm female but could also be an only dog. Oh Ronnie, in another life you would be mine. He’s simply magnificent. He does have leishmania which is why he’s struggling to find a home. Will you share and help him find a home here in Spain? “

RONNIE

Date of birth: 06/01/10
Gender: Male

Ronnie has been at GDS since April 2017.

Ronnie is simply spectacular, a gentle giant, a huge black stunning galgo that arrived to GDS after being caught from the streets with a painful bone infection in both feet. Ronnie can be grumpy with other males but in a home situation he could live with other quiet well educated females or he could be an only dog. He’s calm, walks great on a lead, he's simply just fabulous.

Ronnie spent a fab week week with international volunteer Lauren. Lauren says he’s perfect at night, just chills on the sofa and watches TV. He’s clean in the house and enjoys going for walks around the village where there are lots of cats and small dogs. He’s also fab in the car. Sounds like Ronnie will be the perfect only dog for someone, but who?

Yes, I am interested in sponsoring or adopting Ronnie!
