A recent report from a volunteer “Odin is very good at getting his harness on and was happy for a slow and steady walk. He preferred to walk on my right side (apparently this is his thing). Lots of sniffing and investigating and a biscuit stop in the sensory garden. He is a very calm and sweet boy. Likes to stop and assess the surroundings every now and then”. Odin requires an experienced home, one that will not rush him and will give him the time he needs to adjust. Odin will need to stay on-lead in a fenced area for at least a week before getting out and about. A home with a confident dog will make all the difference for him.
Odin and 15 other galgos were rescued by GDS when their galguero in Cadiz decided he no longer had use for them.
