Oaty is another hound safe from the streets. She showed up at the center hungry but was very scared so we put out the trap. With machinery working on reception to sort out damages from the flooding we asked our builders to stop as she wouldn’t come close. Once in the trap she went crazy so that’s one of the builders in the photo helping out. Oaty is still very scared. More information to come.
