Neón is being fostered in Rochester, NY with GDS board member Wendy Barry who says “I have said this before about previous fosters, but I would keep Neon in a heartbeat if I could have another dog! I am absolutely in love with this guy; there is something very special about earning the trust of these shy dogs!” This wonderful quiet guy is ready for his forever home in NY state. UPDATE: This handsome brindle boy has come on in leaps and bounds. Still shy, Neón is coming out on walks and enjoying the sights and smells at the center. He is learning that not all humans are so bad after all. Please contact us for more information.
