Moises was spotted trapped in a balsa, a deep ravine that catches water. Full of mud and rising water, we don’t know how Moises ended up there. The sides were too steep for him to climb out and he would have died a miserable death. Luckily a passer by spotted him and alerted the fire brigade and police. What heroes! They fashioned a raft and very gently brought him out to safety. More info to come.
