Like their storybook namesakes, Hansel and his companion Gretel followed the kibble crumb trail into the trap… eventually. First one who would snack and leave, then the other would enter, snack and leave. This went on for quite a while with the two galgos never being in the trap simultaneously. We are used to being patient and waiting, waiting and waiting. Eventually, both entered and stayed to snack at the same time — we got them! Both are very shy but we know that rescued dogs adapt differently from one another so we will see how they evolve. Whatever Hansel and Gretel require to progress and adjust, we will provide.
