Like their storybook namesakes, Gretel and her companion Hansel followed the kibble crumb trail into the trap… eventually. First one who would snack and leave, then the other would enter, snack and leave. This went on for quite a while with the two galgos never being in the trap simultaneously. We are used to being patient and waiting, waiting and waiting. Eventually, both entered and stayed to snack at the same time — we got them! Both are very shy but we know that rescued dogs adapt differently from one another so we will see how they evolve. Whatever Gretel and Hansel require to progress and adjust, we will provide.
