Giovanna was shot in the hip at close range causing it to shatter. Clearly someone intended to do her harm. The cruelty and pain these dogs suffer is hard to fathom and yet it is their reality. Luckily surgery was not required. Giovanna is a sweet girl but a little shy.

Despite the coronavirus shutdown, Tina and several dedicated volunteers managed to catch seven dogs in one day including Giovanna. More information to come.
