Ginger Nut has been at GDS since December 2016.

UPDATE: Ginger Nut is making great progress — he approaches volunteers and takes treats out of their hands!

It took one our GDS friends several months before Ginger Nut was able to be rescued. He was just to terrified to be approached. With an obvious leg injury that healed badly, we can only imagine what happened to this timid little guy. Ginger Nut has been evaluated by a trauma surgeon who recommended it would be safer to not operate on his legs. It doesn't seem to bother Ginger Nut so we are not bothered either. Ginger Nut loves other dogs!
