Blizzard has been at GDS since January 2017

Blizzard was living on the streets and luckily was caught just before the unusual blizzards came. He is a sweet lad who can be a little unsure when there is direct conflict with people. He needs a home with owners who understand effective ways of communicating with him. Instead of getting cross with him, if he is provided him with choices, then situations are very easily managed. For example, if you become cross with Blizzard for not getting off a sofa when told, then he might growl because he is anxious about the conflict. If instead he is shown a tasty treat then he will quickly learn that getting off the sofa is a great thing to do. Blizzard will also need to be exercised on lead or in a secure environment and new owners must appreciate that this may be a lifelong requirement.
